SweSys was founded by Salesforce consultants who had spent years inside large programmes and wanted to work differently: fewer clients, more depth, and the freedom to tell a customer when something is not worth building.
We work with Nordic organisations across sales, service and member-driven businesses. Some engagements last a fortnight; some have run for years. What they have in common is that a senior consultant is doing the work and answering the phone.
AI enablement became our speciality because it is where we saw the widest gap between what is promised and what is delivered. We would rather ship three automations people trust than thirty nobody uses.
