Agentforce is Salesforce's agentic AI layer. It lets you build AI agents that answer customers, qualify leads, summarise cases and take actions inside your Salesforce org — grounded in your CRM data rather than a generic model's guesses.

Agents are built from topics, instructions and actions. They run on the Atlas Reasoning Engine, respect your permission model, and are configured in Agent Builder inside Salesforce. You do not need a data science team to run them — but you do need clean data, clear processes and sensible guardrails.

Agentforce is licensed per conversation and is not the right answer for every process. Where a well-built Flow or a simple integration solves the problem cheaper, we will say so. Our job is the right outcome, not the biggest licence.
